At Hyperactiv we use the Mindfold masks to help reduce the visual input during a breathwork session and it aids us in diving deeper into the journey, helping with relaxation as well as explore the visuals that appear during intense journeys.
The product has been refined over the years to make sure the sponge is comfortable and the adhesive used can last a long time with repeated washing.
Not recommended for sleeping, as the edges are hard and not comfortable when on your side.
